  • Can I Get Samples, and How Long Is the Sample Lead Time?
    Of course! We usually provide existing samples for free, with a small charge for custom designs. The sample charge is refundable when your order reaches a certain quantity.

    Samples are typically shipped via FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a carrier account, we can ship using your account. If not, you can pay the freight charge via PayPal, and we’ll ship using our account.

    The delivery time is about 2–4 days for existing samples. For custom designs, it takes about 5–7 days, depending on the complexity of the design and whether new printing screens or other adjustments are needed.

  • What File Format Do You Need If I Want My Own Design ?
    We have an experienced design and technical team, serving over 100 brand clients worldwide. If you’d like to create your own design, you can provide files in formats such as JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF. Based on the technique, we’ll create a 3D drawing for the mold or a printing screen for your final confirmation.   • What Are Your Payment Terms and Shipping Options?
    Payment: Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit via T/T after the order is confirmed, with the remaining 70% due against a copy of the B/L. We also accept L/C at sight and welcome orders through Alibaba Trade Assurance.

  • Can I use a stove in my tent?
    All of our glamping tents come stove ready with a stove hole pre-cut in the front quarter of the tent. We sell two types of tents, fire retardant, and none fire retardant, We recommend always opting for a fire retardant fabric when using heating equipment in your tent.

  • Are your tents waterproof?
    YES. Our tents are 100% waterproof and have been treated during our factory processing. No further waterproof treatment will be required for a while.
